The Consulting Process:

Whether it is a short-term consulting assignment, hiring a consultant through Uplift Personnel Services, Inc. is a simple process:

1. Since all consultants are employees of Uplift Personnel Services, Inc., we take care of all the payroll taxes, workman's compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.

2. You simply pay an hourly consulting rate as set forth in Uplift Personnel Services, Inc.'s Standard Consulting Agreement.

3. All consultants are directly responsible for the performance of their stipulated assignments to your management.

4. You are billed bi-weekly based on timesheets signed and approved by your managers.

5. You may stipulate the length of the consulting assignment or propose that the work be performed on an open-ended basis.

Your Uplift Personnel Services, Inc. Account Manager will maintain close contact with you and our consultant throughout the length of the assignment to ensure your complete satisfaction with the progress and caliber of the work performed.
