CONFIDENTIALITY

Personal data and resume submitted by Uplift Personnel Services regarding its placement candidates are extremely confidential and for the client's personal use only.

FEES

All fees are employer paid and non-negotiable.  All fees are as agreed upon by Uplift Personnel Services, the associate, and the client at time of hiring.

TEMP-HIRE FEES

If an Uplift Personnel Services associate has worked at the client location for 90 consecutive days or longer, you have an option to hire the associate as a permanent employee.  No placement fee will be due.

TERMS

Conversion fees will be invoiced when an offer is made and accepted and are DUE WITHIN 30 calendar days of start.  If an Uplift Personnel Services associated accepts a position with a client (or any affiliate) within 120 calendar days of referral by Uplift Personnel Services, the full fee for that position is due and payable to Uplift Personnel Services.

GUARANTEE

If you are not happy with an Uplift Personnel Services associate, call within 2 hours and there will be NO CHARGE, plus we will assign a replacement worker.  You pay only for the hours worked. * (*4 hour minimum).  No replacement will be made when the scope of the duties has been changed substantially or has been misrepresented to Uplift Personnel Services and/or the associate.

FAILURE TO PAY

Uplift Personnel Services has incurred considerable time and expense in recruiting, screening, testing and preparing candidates for referral.  In the event our associate is hired and the fee is not received within 30 calendar days of start date, the guarantee is null and void.  If the candidate leaves the employment after 30 calendar days and the fee has not been paid,  the client will be invoiced the total fee due.  The client shall be liable for all cost of collection and legal fees for any failure to pay.
